Beef
All of our Aberdeen Angus beef is reared directly on our farm in Aberdeenshire. Raised on a traditional grass-fed diet we genuinely care about the welfare of our animals. We follow time-honoured methods, hanging all of our meat for 21 days plus, allowing the meat to develop sublime flavours and perfect tenderness. Flawlessly finished by our team of expert butchers the quality of our beef remains unmatched.
Lamb
Like our Aberdeen Angus cattle, our lambs are allowed to graze and grow naturally on open pastures. Reared directly on our farm in rural Aberdeenshire we take great pride in the welfare of our animals to provide a level of confidence and assurance you won't find elsewhere. We follow traditional methods to ensure that all of the lamb we produce is sweet, tender and delicately flavoured.
